Ideal Scaffolding (Southern) Ltd. were bright on board to support Bell Group, working in partnership with Avison Young, to carry out window replacement, roofing works and concrete repairs to the exterior of Parkstone House.

Viewpoint Apartment Block Cladding

Viewpoint Apartment Block enlisted Ideal Scaffolding (Southern) Ltd. for the scaffolding and re-cladding of a 120m perimeter structure, reaching 33m in height, with challenges including spanning lower roofs with beam work and designing lifts without bracing to allow easy transit around the scaffolding structure.

Clarendon Road, Watford

To allow access for glazing works to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor windows whilst ground floor reception is constructed. The contractors tender program was keen on this project and as a result they needed to carry out glazing works to upper floors as well as constructing the new reception area, hence the bridging at low level.

Portsmouth Naval Base

We designed and erected a drop lift scaffolding to facilitate the renewal of steel cables and mechanical equipment that is used to lift the road deck into C lock at Portsmouth Naval Base.

Sail Loft, Portsmouth Naval Base

On the sail loft project there was a requirement to refurbish a 240m long redundant crane rail back to its former glory whilst maintaining access into the building and providing full encapsulation of the rail.
